Discover the colorful, experimental world of gelli plate printmaking! In this hands-on workshop, students will explore a playful printing process that uses soft gel plates, acrylic paints, and layered textures to create one-of-a-kind artwork.
We’ll experiment with stencils, paper cuts, mark-making tools, and texture plates to build rich, vibrant prints full of depth and movement.
Participants will learn techniques such as ghost printing, masking, and layering as you create a collection of unique prints on high-quality paper. Then, we’ll take things a step further and print a custom design onto a canvas tote bag, turning your artwork into a functional, wearable piece.

No experience is necessary—gelli printing is wonderfully accessible and endlessly fun for all skill levels. Come ready to get messy, experiment freely, and unleash your inner printmaker!
